What can The Emotion Code heal? +
Simply speaking, The Emotion Code™ can heal anything, because it can find any negative imbalance in your body that is blocking it from healing. However, The Emotion Code™ does not replace traditional medicine, doctors, or imply to diagnose any disease and should not be used in place of a medical professional. It is a great complement to your existing treatments or visits, and can help to speed healing.
What is a Trapped Emotion? +
A trapped emotion is the remaining energy from what you felt during a specific event or time of stress in your life, that your body wasn’t able to process at the time, so it got trapped in your body. Some emotions can be inherited.
What is a Heart-wall? +
A Heart-wall is made of layers of trapped emotions that surround our hearts. Heart-walls make us numb. They can prevent us from giving or receiving love, from feeling connected to others, and hold us back from personal success. Perhaps most importantly, Heart-walls block the heart energy from flowing freely through our bodies, which makes it more difficult for the body to heal itself. The lack of free flowing heart energy can also cause other physical symptoms, particularly in the neck, back and shoulders.
How does the healing work? +
In actuality, it is your body that does all the healing. What The Emotion Code™ does is locate and remove the trapped negative energy from within your body. Once the energy is removed, it can no longer block your body from doing its own natural healing.
How fast will I heal? +
Every person and situation is different. Different injuries and illness take longer than others, and certain parts of the body heal faster than others. However, know that your body will begin healing immediately. Negative energies in your body are trapped in layers, so picture your issue or illness like an onion. In each session we will remove some of the layers of negative energy, but it may take several sessions to remove all of the energy that is affecting or causing a particular issue.
What is muscle testing? +
Muscle testing, or kinesiology, was initially used in the early 1900’s to measure muscle weakness in polio patients. More than a million practitioners now currently use it in dozens of different healing modalities worldwide. Practitioners initiate muscle testing by asking definitive questions and then judging the positive and negative muscle response from the sub-conscious. A strong muscle response indicates a positive answer, while a weak muscle response indicates a negative. By asking questions of the sub-conscious nervous system in this way, energetic imbalances can be found and eliminated quite efficiently. The Emotion Code™ uses this method to locate and identify trapped emotional energy and to pinpoint when it became trapped and what the circumstances were around this occurrence.
How can I get the most out of energy healing? +
There are things you can do to see truly scale-tipping or life-altering results. Be sure to stay hydrated both before and after a session. Complete eight or more sessions, including removing your heart-wall. And, make The Emotion Code™ part of your personal care regime; just as you would your physician, massage therapist, etc. Schedule regular sessions to maintain good emotional energy health.
Are there any side effects? +
Most clients feel lighter, or more relaxed after a session. But, for a small percentage of people (approximately 20%), the release of trapped emotions or other energies may result in “processing,” where echoes of the emotions or other energies released may manifest in temporary physical or emotional discomfort. This “processing” is a normal part of regaining energetic balance, and can occur during the 48 hours after a session. Fortunately, very few people are affected this way, but everyone is different. After a session, stay hydrated, and trust your body, listen to what it is telling you.
Can you do too much, or release too much negative energy, in a session? +
No, the great part of energy healing is you can’t over-do. Your body knows best how to heal and what it can or cannot handle. It is in charge and leads the entire session from start to finish. When it is time for the session to end, your body will let us know and it will stop allowing us to release emotions until our next session.
How long is a session? +
Live Sessions conducted online via ZOOM, or by phone, last approximately 45 minutes. E-mail Mini Sessions typically run about 25 minutes.
What is the difference between a Live Session and an E-mail Session? +
Live Session: In a Live Session we connect either via Zoom, where we can both see and hear each other, or via the telephone for audio only. During your live session you are able to instantly give feedback and ask questions. In a Live Session, we are able to dig deeper to get more information on the situations and emotions that caused the negative energies to become trapped. While there is no guarantee as to how many emotions we will be able to identify and release, the norm is between 8 and 15.
E-mail Session: With an E-mail Session, I locate and release trapped emotional energy without your direct involvement. These sessions can be done any time of the day or night, even while you are sleeping. An E-mail Session is an excellent choice for translation issues, animals, or busy people. Since you are not present during a mini session, I will ask your subconscious for details relating to the situation and emotions. Typically during these sessions I am able to identify and release between 6 and 10 emotions. However, as everyone is different, it may be more or less, it all depends on what your subconscious allows.
Do I have to meet with you in person? +
No. All sessions are performed remotely. I offer Live Session via Zoom or telephone where you can sit back in the comfort of your home while I work, participating as much or as little as you choose. I also offer E-mail Sessions that can be conducted any time while you are going about your busy day, or even while you are sleeping. Session notes including any findings are e-mailed to you after each session.
When will you do my E-mail Session? +
E-mail Sessions are completed on the day you chgoose for your appointment, but can be completed at any time during that day. After the session is completed, the session notes will be e-mailed to you for your records.
How much do I have to participate or share? +
Each session is conducted just for you. You may participate at much or as a little as you are comfortable with. Everyone is different. Some individuals prefer to talk about the emotions and situations that are uncovered, and others prefer to just sit back and listen. The choice is yours. However, the more information you are willing or able to share, the more details we can uncover surrounding your trapped emotions.
Do you share my personal information? +
No. We will never at any time or for any reason share your personal information. Any information provided by you is strictly confidential.
Do I need to have a specific issue in order to have a session? +
While you can specify a single issue you would like worked on, such as stress, anxiety, pain, etc., you can also have multiple items to be addressed. If you have multiple, during your session we will ask questions of your subconscious including what negative energies are causing the most problems and are therefore a priority. Often, even if you come to a session with multiple issues, the body may only let us work on one. However, even when we only work on one, the other issues may improve as well. It’s all connected.
May I ask any questions during a session? +
Yes! Each session is all about you. Questions are always welcome during a session. Questions are a good way to explore your issues and better understand what is happening in your body and mind. For E-mail Sessions, you are welcome to ask questions once you recieve your report.
How many sessions does it take to see results? +
Everyone is different. It is recommended to have a minimum of three to eight sessions to see best results. Many clients feel improvement after just a single session, but others choose to continue sessions for overall well-being. It truly depends on the individual and their personal needs.
